TAHMCO ships surgical instruments worldwide from our facility in Sialkot, Pakistan. We work with leading international couriers to ensure your instruments arrive safely and on time.
Shipping Methods

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the order weight, destination, and shipping method chosen. Exact shipping costs are included in your quotation. As a general guide:
- Sample orders (up to 5 kg): $40-80 via DHL/FedEx
- Medium orders (5-30 kg): $80-250 via air freight
- Bulk orders (30+ kg): Calculated based on volume — sea freight is most economical
Free shipping is available for orders over $5,000 (via air freight to most destinations).
Packaging
All instruments are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit:
- Each instrument is individually wrapped in protective corrosion-inhibiting film
- Placed in a labeled polybag with product information
- Packed in sturdy double-walled export cartons with foam padding
- Cartons sealed and strapped for international shipping
- Custom retail packaging available for OEM orders (blister packs, pouches, kits)
Export Documentation
Every shipment includes:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Certificate of Origin
- CE Certificate (for EU-bound shipments)
- Free Sale Certificate (upon request)
- Fumigation Certificate (for sea freight)
Customs & Import Duties
Import duties and taxes vary by country and are the responsibility of the buyer. TAHMCO ships all orders on an FOB or CIF basis as agreed. We can provide HS codes and product classifications to help you estimate import duties.
Order Processing Time
- In-stock items: Shipped within 2-3 business days
- Standard orders: 7-14 business days production time
- Custom/OEM orders: 21-30 business days production time
- Large bulk orders: Timeline discussed at quotation stage
Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment directly on the courier’s website (DHL, FedEx, etc.).
