These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of tahmco.com and any purchase you make from TAHMCO (Private) Limited (“TAHMCO”, “we”, “us”), based at E-11, Islamabad, Pakistan. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products and Pricing

We manufacture and sell surgical instruments. Prices on this website are listed in PKR (with USD, EUR, and GBP display options) and are subject to change without notice. A 17% GST is applied to orders and shipping in accordance with Pakistani tax law. We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions and prices are accurate, but errors may occur; if we discover a pricing error on your order, we will contact you before proceeding.

Orders and Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery and Direct Bank Transfer. For bank transfer orders, your order will not be shipped until payment has cleared. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship within Pakistan and internationally. Delivery estimates and shipping charges are shown at checkout and on our Shipping & Delivery page. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; we are not liable for delays caused by couriers or customs authorities.

Returns and Warranty

Our instruments carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Full details are available on our Returns & Warranty page.

Bulk Orders and Quotes

Custom pricing, OEM manufacturing, and bulk quotes are handled separately through our Request a Quote page. Terms for bulk or OEM orders (minimum quantities, lead times, payment schedules) will be confirmed with you directly in writing before the order is placed.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product photography — belongs to TAHMCO (Private) Limited or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TAHMCO is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our products. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
